Financial Aid Process
bursarís and financial aid offices jointly implemented an automated student
loan system that significantly increases the efficiency of the Universityís
in 1994, this initiative is a collaboration between the College of Visual and
Performing Arts and the Office of Student Affairs. The program offers students
discounted tickets and free transportation to more than 300 cultural events
on and off campus each year. First-year students are required to participate
through a special student fee arrangement; all students are eligible to join
the program throughout their time on campus. The program won the 1997 New York
State Governorís Arts Award.
