Orange Pride in Machu Picchu

Ben Wightman ’99 poses with his wife, Surtini, and their daughters Evangeline Jean, who was born November 22, and Grace Lynn. They live in Singapore and Wightman is active in the SU alumni club there, which recently held its first event.

Swearing-In Ceremony


Mark Grimm G’79 is sworn in as an Albany (N.Y.) county legislator on January 1. He received 65 percent of the vote in the November election. He operates Mark Grimm Communications, conducting business training seminars, one-on-one speaking, and media skills coaching.

C-SPAN founder and executive chairman Brian Lamb (left) honors Pete Daniels '98 for his 10 years of service to the network. Daniels, a Newhouse alum who joined C-SPAN in 2005, is a features producer in the programming operations editorial department.
